Please read these terms carefully before engaging with Y-Tech Solutions.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the working relationship between Y-Tech Solutions ("we," "us," "our") and any individual or entity ("Client," "you") that engages our services. By proceeding with a project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Y-Tech Solutions provides the following professional digital services:
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
All projects require a non-refundable down payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the total agreed project cost before any work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due in full before any of the following occur:
Work-in-progress previews may be shared via staging environments for review purposes only and do not constitute final delivery.
Payment details, accepted methods, and currency will be specified in the Project Agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.
Each project includes a maximum of 2 (two) rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost.
Significant changes to layout, structure, design direction, or new features will be treated as additional work and billed at our current hourly rate.
All revision requests must be submitted in writing in a single, consolidated batch per revision round. Piecemeal requests will be counted as separate rounds.
All custom code, design assets, and deliverables become the Client's full property only upon receipt of complete payment.
Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Y-Tech Solutions.
Any tools, frameworks, or code components developed prior to this engagement remain the property of Y-Tech Solutions.
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary project materials in a timely manner.
If the Client fails to provide required materials within 10 (ten) calendar days of a documented request, the project will be placed on "Pause" status.
Many projects rely on external services (Vercel, Supabase, AWS, Cloudflare, etc.).
Y-Tech Solutions is not responsible for disruptions, outages, or data loss caused by third-party services.
Third-party service costs are the Client's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By engaging Y-Tech Solutions, the Client grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display the completed project on our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
Confidentiality must be requested in writing before the project commences.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
The Client may terminate at any time by written notice. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Additional work completed will be billed.
We reserve the right to terminate for unethical behavior or non-payment within 14 days. All work remains our property until settled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
Y-Tech Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement after notification constitutes acceptance.
